We are normally able to deliver items on stock within 3-5 working days within Europe, and within 5-8 working days for the rest of the world.

Customers have the right to cancel their order without further notice within two weeks after the goods have been received. Notice of cancellation my be given in writing or by the return of goods. The right of rescission is ruled out if the order has been placed within the frame of a commercial or self-employed work-related activity.
We will carry the return costs for goods valuing 40,- euro or more. Please do stamp the package in this case. We will accredit the postage fees to you once the goods have returned.
Important: Postage fees are only accredited if the cheapest mode of dispatch is used. Please inquire about possible costs.
Once the goods have been returned to us, the advance payment you may have made will be refunded. Should the goods be used for more than an operation test, this may result in a decline in value, which will lower the amount of money refunded. Important: In the case of the delivery of audio or video recordings, or software, the right of rescission is ruled out, unless the item in question is still sealed. The right of rescission is also ruled out, if the delivered goods have been manufactured according to the costumer's specifications, or if the goods in question have been bought during an auction.
